The new Redmi smartphone series Note 8 is now one step away from the official presentation, with the launch event that was set in China for the 29 August. Nevertheless, Xiaomi continues to give fans some preview details on mid-range champions in pectore, focusing once again on the photographic sector.
In particular, it's up to basic model redmi Note 8 – in fact there will also be a Pro variant, equipped with a 64-megapixel main camera – showing what pasta is made in the most difficult conditions for any camera on the market: at night. Lu Weibing – general manager by Redmi – he showed a couple of night shots taken with Redmi Note 8, giving proof of big work who is developing the Chinese manufacturer forsoftware optimization of the cameras.

The first shot shows a nocturnal urban landscape, captured by means of the advanced night mode by Redmi Note 8. Although the time in which it was carried out is not specified – it would seem to be twilight – theexcellent level of detail reached, even if then everything will be put to the test in conditions reproducible by any user. The second shot is instead made by means of a long exposure mode, let's imagine without the need for a tripod, to create striking light effects from automobile headlights.
In short, the premises seem really excellent for a mid-range smartphone, a sign that Xiaomi has no intention of sitting on its laurels after the extraordinary success of Redmi Note 7, but rather want raise the shot further, to leave only the crumbs to the competition.
