Gaming Revived presented the AI-made HD textures for more than 150 Nintendo 64 classics, including The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Goldeneye, Mario 64, Perfect Dark and more.
Created for N64 fans who want to enjoy these classics on their PC using an emulator, texture packs use scaled textures to improve graphics using Topaz Labs Gigapixel scaling software.

In addition to the titles mentioned above, the pack includes improved textures for Banjo Kazooie, Conkers Bad Fur Day, Destruction Derby, Diddy Kong Racing, Donkey Kong 64, F-Zero X, GoldenEye 64, MarioKart 64, Mortal Kombat 4, PilotWings 64, Pokemon Snap, Quake64, Rayman 2, Ridge Racer, Road Rash, Rogue Squadron, Shadow of the Empire and many more.
"I heard about a program called TopazGigaPixel that helps with texture scaling using interpolation with AI," said Gaming ReVived on Reddit in May of this year.
“The results were surprising for all N64 games. Some of the best results were seen in the RARE games. I ended up climbing over 100 games in the last 2 months, with 512x textures. As we all know, most N64 textures are 32x, 64x or 128x, so I used 512 for the best results. I had to keep file sizes and texture packs to a minimum so as not to have problems with project64 addressing. Some games with smaller packs I rescaled them to 1080p, such as Turok and Mario64, which had good results but did not look much better than the 512 versions. This project started when I wanted to improve the textures of Perfect Dark and I found Gigapixel, and I ended up improving more than 100 games. ”
