If our calculations are correct based on a big mistake earlier this month by one of the wireless service providers of Apple, Apple He will send invitations to the press today for an iPhone event that will take place on September 10. The iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max will be available to preorder from September 13 before its launch on Friday, September 20. Nothing is written in stone, of course, but we would be willing to bet a little on all these dates as there is much evidence to support them. However, if there is a company that probably expects us to be wrong, it is OnePlus.
Earlier this year, OnePlus launched the OnePlus 7 Pro which became the first smartphone in the United States with a full-screen design and a pop-up selfie camera. It is an elegant and powerful smartphone, and reportedly has been a bestseller for the China-based smartphone maker. As he has done every year for several years, it is rumored that OnePlus is preparing a continuation of the phone for a launch in late summer. The OnePlus 7T Pro is expected to be an even more powerful version of the 7 Pro with a great camera update, and it definitely has Android fans buzzing. But if the last major leak from a reliable source occurs, the timing of the next OnePlus release could not be worse.
With Apple Ready to launch their iPhone 11 series smartphones on September 20, the last thing rival rival smartphone makers want to do is launch a new phone near that date. And yet, according to Ishan Agarwal, an increasingly prolific smartphone filter with a very strong track record, OnePlus plans to launch the new OnePlus 7T and OnePlus 7T Pro next week.
Agarwal went to Twitter Thursday morning to offer a lot of details about the next-generation OnePlus smartphones. According to his tweets, the OnePlus 7T series is emerging as a fairly significant update.
The filter says that the OnePlus 7T will feature 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB or 256 GB of internal storage, and will be available in at least two different colors, including "Frosted Silver" and "Haze Blue." It will have a 6.55-inch OLED screen with an notch even smaller than the OnePlus 7, and will have a Quad HD resolution and a refresh rate of 90Hz. Other specifications supposedly include an updated Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ processor, a 3,800 mAh battery and a new triple lens rear camera with 48 megapixel, 16 megapixel and 12 megapixel sensors.
As for the OnePlus 7T Pro, Agarwal has much less information at the moment. He says the phone will have a 4080 mAh battery, which could be correct, but also that he has heard "weird things" such as the possibility that the OnePlus 7T Pro retains the older Snapdragon 855 processor, although the OnePlus 7T from Low range will get the Snapdragon 855+. We will save you some suspense: that is not happening.
As for when the new OnePlus 7T and OnePlus 7T Pro will be launched, Agarwal says that OnePlus will hold an event in Delhi on September 26. If that is the case, it means that there will probably be simultaneous events in several other markets on the same day. It also means that OnePlus will launch its new smartphone line less than a week after the launch of the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max from Apple.
