Speculations come from a new Samsung patent for a front and rear display device.
Samsung is one of the main players in the Android smartphone market and from such a producer we could expect the introduction of special innovations in terms of mobile device design. According to one of the most recent patents deposited by the South Korean giant, a smartphone could arrive with double screen.
The patent in question has been filed in 2018 at United States Patent and Trademark Office but it was published only last 10 September. As you can see from the examples shown in the gallery taken from the patent, the protagonist is a smartphone with classic front display and a second display smaller on back. in render made by LetsGoDigital we see that the rear display could be positioned immediately under the photo module, while the front one would feature one upper band on which the camera and the various sensors would be integrated.

A second hypothesis of realization could be those that the front photographic module integrated in the hole drilled in the display, already seen in the series Galaxy S10. Clearly the juxtaposition of this patent to the next Galaxy S11E it is a speculation. From Samsung not leaked nothing that can connect the two concepts.
