2. Reinstall Dropbox

  1. press the Windows key and R to open the to run accessory.

  7. Now, just like you did in step 5, navigate to % APPDATA%,% PROGRAMFILES (x86)%, and %PROGRAM FILES%.
  8. Delete the Dropbox folders in each of the above locations.
  9. Finally, download the Dropbox app from dropbox.com and install it.

3. Unlink Dropbox

  1. Visit dropbox.com and log in to your account.
  2. Then click on your image in the upper right corner of the page and select Configurations from the resulting dropdown menu.

  4. Here, you will find the web browsers and devices linked to your Dropbox account.
