Asus presented new equipment for professionals. Among them is the fastest laptop in the world

For a long time, people who needed a portable and efficient computer were forced to use gaming laptops. Fortunately, this state of affairs is changing, and more and more solutions for professionals are appearing on the market.

This year I found out about it at Computex, where I saw a lot of different types of equipment for developers, such as the Asus ZenBook Pro Duo models equipped with two OLED screens. Now the same manufacturer within its ProArt series has presented a whole portfolio of solutions for professionals.

ProArt StudioBook One

The ProArt series includes, among others, the ProArt StudioBook One laptop, which is the most efficient model in the series and one of the most energíaful laptops in the world. It is equipped with the 9th generation Intel Core i9 processor and the Nvidia Quadro RTX 6000 graphics card that was not previously used on any other laptop.

Thanks to this, the computer has the energía to easily mount video materials in 8K resolution. In addition, ProArt StudioBook One is equipped with a 4K screen with a frequency of 120 Hz, which is surrounded by very thin frames. The display additionally covers 100 percent. Adobe RGB color space and has a Delta-E mapping factor of <1.

ProArt StudioBook Pro X

Another model in the series is ProArt StudioBook Pro X. Although it is a model with a 17-inch display, its size corresponds to 15-inch equipment. This is due to very thin frames. The second Asus ScreenPad 2.0 display, which has been hidden in the trackpad, is also noteworthy.

The computer is not as efficient StudioBook One, but it should be enough for virtually all users, because it is equipped with an Intel Xeon or Intel Core i7 ninth generation processor, Nvidia Quadro RTX 5000 graphics card and RAID 0. This model also has very efficient cooling, so your computer doesn't throttle.

ProArt Station D940MX

The portfolio also includes something for fans of stationary solutions. The miniature desktop ProArt Station D940MX fits in a case with a capacity of just 8 liters. Although it is a miniature computer, it has enormous computing energía because it is energíaed by a ninth generation Intel Core i9 processor with up to 64 GB DDR4 2666 MHz memory, NVIDIA Quadro RTX 4000 or NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti graphics card, two drives including SSD PCIe with a capacity of 512 GB and HDD with capacity 1 TB. There was also a Thunderbolt 3 socket on the front panel.

ProArt Display PA32UCG

A monitor needs to be connected to the desktop computer, so it could not be missing in the new Asus portfolio. ProArt Display PA32UCG is the world's first professional monitor with HDR 1600 and 120 Hz parameters with a variable screen refresh rate. It offers 4K UHD resolution and 1152 LED mini LED backlight with local dimming. They allow you to achieve a brightness of 1000 nits maintained over the entire screen surface, a peak brightness of 1600 nits and a contrast ratio of 1,000,000: 1.

This screen displays a wide color palette with support for DCI-P3, Adobe RGB, sRGB, Rec. 709 and Rec. 2020 color spaces. Thanks to the 10-bit color depth and factory pre-calibrated three-level color calibration, the ProArt Display PA32UCG monitor immediately after launch offers realistic color reproduction (Delta-E <1).

There will be more and more solutions for professionals.

I have no doubt about it. Asus has its ProArt line, Acer is developing a range of ConceptD equipment, and other manufacturers are more and more willing to release devices belonging to this niche. I am very happy because developers will not be forced to buy boring workstations or colored computers for players whose stylistics are more suited to a teenager's room than a studio or office.
