After suffering a blackout in April of this year in the Sao Paulo region, the mobile operator Claro now goes through the same problem again, but this time affecting even more states.
Several customer reports on social networks show that the company is experiencing technical problems, something that has also been proven by DownDetector.
According to the information, the cities with the most reported problems are Belo Horizonte, Campinas, Curitiba, Fortaleza, Recife, Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo, Pelotas and Porto Alegre.
Within an hour DownDetector has already registered more than 5,500 complaints, which started this Friday (6) from 15h (Brasília time).
Here in Natal (RN) I also had no signal for a few minutes, but the situation seems to have normalized.
In contact with the ClaroFlex app chat (plan that was recently reformulated with new offers) the attendant informed that there were already teams dealing with technical problems and that the return forecast was for 21h.
