According to the company Vivo, which is part of BBK Corporation (Oppo, OnePlus), the first batch of smartphones Vivo iQOO Pro 5G with support for fifth generation networks has been pre-ordered in just one second. Happy owners will receive mobile devices on September 2.
In fairness, we note that the exact volume of pre-orders has not been disclosed – in the starting batch there may be only a few thousand smartphones.
The main advantage of the device is its price of $ 535 per version with a 5G modem (six antennas), which is rather low for such a device with the latest standard for wireless high-speed data transmission. However, you can buy a model with a 4G modem, which will cost $ 450.
Vivo iQOO Pro 5G runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus chipset. The Plus-version of the on-chip system is characterized by a 4.2% increase in the frequency of Kryo Gold 485 cores, and the Adreno 630 GPU runs 15% faster.
Other characteristics Vivo iQOO Pro 5G: 8 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128 GB of flash memory standard USF 3.0, SuperAMOLED display (from Samsung) with a screen diagonal of 6.41 inches and a resolution of Full HD +, a teardrop-shaped cutout for the front camera and an internal fingerprint sensor for finger scanning. The rear camera consists of three modules, with the main sensor Sony IMX582 with a resolution of 48 megapixels and a lens with an aperture of F / 1.8, the second camera is 13-megapixel wide-angle, and the third module has a resolution of 2 megapixels and is necessary for bokeh. There is NFC and USB Type-C. The battery capacity is 4500 mAh.
As we wrote, the start of sales in China will begin after September 2. Whether the smartphone will be sold in Russia and Ukraine is still unknown.
