Samsung Galaxy Fold has just been announced for the second time. This is the new edition, revisited and corrected, of the first leaflet of the South Korean giant. Those who decide to buy the device can take advantage of the Premier Service, a particular type of post-sales assistance, which will offer a series of advantages even if it is not yet clear what they are. Let's try to be clear.

Samsung is well aware of at least a couple of factors: its first foldable has a story that started in the worst way behind it; whoever decides to trust the terminal anyway will have to invest around € 2000. For this reason it was quite obvious that buyers were dedicated post sales special services.
Specifically, the Premier Service will allow you to have help available – ready to solve any smartphone problems – 24 hours on 24. Users will be able to deal directly with the customer service experts, will therefore have the opportunity to dialogue with someone whenever they need it. Not only that, customers can also choose (it is optional, probably for a fee) to benefit from a sort of initial lesson, which will guide the user to discover all the features of Samsung Galaxy Fold.
It is not yet clear for how much time Access to the Premier Service will be valid after the purchase of the foldable South Korean giant. Certainly it will not be perpetual, we would venture one or two years after sales. We remind you that the device will arrive in Europe, but for the moment still not in Italy.
