When it comes to tutorial videos on anything, YouTube There are still enough platforms to go. However, with the increase Instagram Story and TikTok, where the focus is on short-form video content, it appears Google is trying to find answers to that, which they could have in the form of a new app called Tangi.
The app, which is short for TeAch and GIve, comes from Google's Area 120, which is basically home to several of the company's experimental projects. The idea is that with Tangi, users will be able to create and share videos of up to 60 seconds on various topics related to the DIY project.
This includes crafts, cooking, clothing, and makeup, just to name a few. According to Google, “This is an experimental social video sharing app with quick DIY videos that helps people learn new things every day. Tangi is a place where creative people can get new ideas and connect with people as passionate as they are. "
Tangi is currently only available for iOS devices and may be downloaded through the App Store. It is unknown when it will hit Android, and for now, the upload will be limited to a handful of creators, but there are plans to open it to more users in the future.
