As you may recall, last week we discovered that Peruvian Claro has offered a plan where you can have the same phone line on your phone and your smart watch. And while we didn't have much more information on the details or commercial deals, now, finally, the operator has provided us with all the details we wanted to know, especially with regard to the plans we needed to contract.
Here's what you need to know if you want to tackle the new smart watch plan
What we know so far is that the plan is intended to be used with Apple Watch The 5 Series, however, according to the latest information revealed by Claro, will have more watches that fit the show, although it has yet to determine the type.
According to Claro's verbs, we need to "have a compatible iPhone (from 6S onwards), Unlimited Max plan (from S / 65 and beyond), 4G chips and Apple Watch Series 5 (or compatible with the Smartwatch service) ».
Also, a "smartwatch" plan must be paid, which will have a monthly cost of 16 sols. Even if you purchase this service before August 9, you will get the first three months of coverage for free.
The technology used by Claro is One Number, which will not only allow both devices (phones and watches) to receive calls and use data, but will also enable different numbers to be called simultaneously using the same line.
For now all the information we have is available, but once we find out more, we'll share it with you.
