Surely you have dialed a cell phone and listened to an annoying recording that says the following: "Dear user, your call is being processed, we remind you that by official provision only 10 digits of the number to be contacted should be dialed."
This happens because with the new dialing, which entered into force at the beginning of this month, it is necessary to dial only ten digits, therefore all the numbers that you have saved in your phonebook and that start with +52 1 will activate the annoying recording.
What is the solution? Simple to leave the number 52 (international lada) and remove only 1, that easy and simple.
However, since we don't want you to do it manually, you We will show apps that make the change automatically and immediately. Remember that before using them, It’s important that you make a backup of all your contacts, for anything.
The 10-digit application has a cost of 19 pesos and its use is very simple, you must download it here. Once opened, you will have to select the Correct option and a new menu will open where you will see all the options, among which you will have to choose Cellular numbers.
Then select all the numbers you want to change and click Ok.
This will take a few seconds depending on the number of contacts that are in your address book and voila, your numbers will have changed to the new dial.
For Android we found the free application PrefixFixer which is only available in English, but we will explain step by step how to use it.
You must first download it here. Once you have it on your cell phone you must open it, and enter the first section where it says OLD PREFIX (For example: 0) and put the following: +521, in the second section where it says NEW PREFIX (For example +84) you must type +52 and click on Change Prefix.
It will ask you to confirm this action and the numbers will begin to change and voila.
With these applications forget the annoying recording every time you dial a phone.
