When it comes to cross-platform messaging, WhatsApp should be the first thing that occurs to you, but Telegram is also a great alternative that you can use and with a number of features, you can even use it for tasks other than just chatting. I am not here to talk about all the extra features you can get on Telegram and not on WhatsApp, but I am here for a different purpose. There is something we do almost every day from time to time and that is taking notes. I am not talking about long notes in conferences and lectures, but I am talking about small notes, which can help us remember something or something.
Occasionally we find small pieces of information, and if we don't pay attention to them properly, our memories can easily fool us by forgetting them. That's when we have to write down the little things so we can find them whenever we feel important. When it comes to taking notes, we prefer to pick them up on a sheet of paper or use various note-taking apps, which are automatically synchronized, clearly in this age of cloud computing, so that we can find them even on our computers. But with the exception of very few note-taking applications, most of them have significant limitations and, since we don't open them frequently, we could forget the notes we have taken. So today I'm going to talk about how you can take notes using Telegram, because this is a messaging app that most people open from time to time, and they can easily be reminded of the notes they have taken.
So, today I'm going to talk about how you can take notes on Telegram and access them later, even on your computer or laptop, or even on a second phone if you have them.
Take notes on Telegram
Step 1: Open the Telegram or Telegram X app on your Android phone and Touchez on the hamburger icon (which has three bars), then Touchez ‘Saved message'.
Step 2: Now type the text you want to save as a note.
Step 3: If you want to save links or images as notes, you can also do so by sharing items on Telegram or Telegram X, then selecting ‘Saved, as the recipient of the message.
When you are inside ‘Saved message’Chat, you can use the attachment button to attach a link, contact, photo, video or document and you will be in‘Saved message'Then you can see the same thing later.
Or you can even create group chats just with you as a member, where no one else can see what you are actually sending in that group.
You can create as many groups as you like, just with you as a member, and assign names to each of them so you can send notes related to specific topics in each of them. For example, you can use a group chat with only you as a member to take notes at your workplace, one as a bookmark for the page you want to visit, one for a list of foods you want to buy, and the list goes on.
It all depends on you, how many groups you want to create and organize so that you don't mess things up when you want to see something important. However, if you can save everything in a conversation called ‘Saved message'You will never need an additional solo group to take notes.
Although Telegram can be used for note taking as it is not a full recording app, you will still need a secondary recording app for other different requirements. However, if you want to make a quick note, this is the best solution for you. Telegram or Telegram X can be used to take quick notes, which is something we always take from time to time.
Even if you don't take notes quickly, it's not because you can't find the little things that need attention. Most people don't do that so they don't go through the trouble of opening a registration request. However, if you can do it with the help of Telegram or Telegram X, you will never forget the little things in your life. You can even take notes in the Telegram Desktop app, in exactly the same way so you can later find them on your phone.
So, it's about how you can take notes using Telegram and Telegram X. Do you have any questions? Feel free to comment the same below.
