Huawei has just received an additional 90-day grace period to work with suppliers from the United States. Huawei's founder, Ren Zhengfei, has responded to Washington’s latest decisions.
Ren Zhengfei urged Huawei employees to go into "combat mode" to achieve goals. He is confident that despite the critical moment that Huawei is currently experiencing, the company will dominate the global market. And recently, Ren Zhengfei announced the creation of an “invincible iron army” and the complete reorganization of Huawei.
Despite the crisis, in the first half of this year, Huawei sales increased by 23%. Basically, this result was achieved thanks to excellent sales in the Chinese market. According to Ren Zhengfei, in 3-5 years “a new army will be born” and will dominate the mobile market. In 2021, Huawei should be completely independent of American technology.
Recall that despite the promised easing, Donald Trump still firmly refuses to lift the sanctions, saying that the Chinese manufacturer poses a threat to America’s national security.
