You may recall a recent article about a problem in Windows 10. This was caused by update KB4515384. A low percentage of users complained about incorrect functionality of the Start menu and problems with external USB devices or searches. However, after less than two weeks, Microsoft "finally solved the problem."
On the support page the company expressed itself in a very simple and straightforward way: "When updating KB4515384, Microsoft did not find any errors that could cause the Start menu to malfunction."
After receiving a relatively low but still significant number of complaints, Microsoft has promised to investigate the whole matter of the issues discussed and try to come up with the most effective solution as soon as possible.
However, as you read above, we learn that there is no real solution in the end, and that there is nothing to fix.
But there is a new question: So why did not one, but the whole group of people, encounter the issue? But the giant will also try to find the answer. It will continue to monitor and address the situation through feedback.
