The samsung Galaxy Fold 2 would not be finally presented during the Galaxy Unpacked from August 5th. Instead, we should rather be entitled to a simple teaser at the end of the conference.

The presentation of the Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 was expected on August 5, at the same time as that of Galaxy Note 20 on the next Galaxy Unpacked. However, the generally well-informed Max Weinbach suggests otherwise.
Fold 2 isn’t happening at Unpacked.

In a series of tweets, he explains in fact that the future foldable smartphone from Samsung will not be entitled to an official presentation in due form at this event.
This is absolutely no surprise. The software is a long way from being ready for a September launch and there are very few references to anything related to hardware. He was probably much delayed […].
Max Weinbach explains that “”.
Just a teaser before an announcement in September?
the Galaxy Fold 2, however, should not be entirely absent from the August 5 conference. The setting in effect on a teaser of the foldable smartphone which would be broadcast at the end of the show, just enough to deliver a good overview of the device without the latter stealing the limelight of the Galaxy Note 20.
We should then expect an announcement in September and, again according to Max Weinbach’s estimates, a marketing in the month of October. As a reminder, the latest rumors around the Galaxy Fold 2 evoke the existence of a stylus and a larger external screen than on the first generation. The phone would also be entitled to a 64-megapixel main photo sensor and at a slightly more attractive price than its predecessor.
