Philips Hue took advantage of the IFA 2019 to stock up on new releases for the new school year with new connected bulbs, including filament bulbs, a new connected button that can be placed anywhere to control its bulbs, but also a connected plug that the brand offers for the first time.
Philips Hue (Signify) is present at IFA 2019. The brand has reserved many new features for the technology show whose conferences have started since yesterday. New Bluetooth-compatible connected bulbs are added to the brand's catalog. In the lot, we find incandescent bulbs filaments for those who wish to enjoy a retro atmosphere at home. New features include an upgraded version of the Hue Go mobile bulb with Bluetooth connectivity that makes it more independent.
Philips Hue: several new products presented at IFA 2019
For the first time, Philips Hue is launching a smart plug that will compete with the most popular KooGeek plugs on the market. With the new socket, it is possible to easily control any conventional bulb by putting it on a plug socket. The bulbs can be controlled using your Philips Hue app and even the voice thanks to their Alexa compatibility, Google Assistant, but also HomeKit.
The brand also has a new button Philips Hue Smart which is a small gadget to control your lights with a simple touch. A long press increases or decreases the intensity of the light. Among the new stars of the Philips Hue catalog, we find its new bulbs connected to filaments that change LED technology and take us back several years for an old-fashioned atmosphere.

The Philips Hue Filament collection is now available in A60, ST64 and G93 formats for € 19.95, € 24.95 and € 29.95 respectively. The new connected button will be available in the coming weeks for 20 €. As for the connected plug, it is announced at a price of € 29.95 and will land in France in the coming weeks.
