After talking about the Realme Q for a few weeks, the company supported by OPPO has finally launched the smartphone in its home country, the China. As expected, Realme Q is the Chinese variant of Realme 5 Pro, available for the moment only in India since last month.
Realme Q: technical features
The mid-range of the OPPO brand has very interesting features, starting with the IPS Full HD + LCD display from 6.5 inches a drop that offers a screen resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19.5: 9. Under the hood, the device is powered by the Qualcomm octa-core processor Snapdragon 712 and is available in three different variants based on the memory configuration: 4 GB of RAM + 64 GB of memory, 6 GB of RAM + 64 GB and 8 GB of RAM + 128 GB.
Regarding the configuration of the camera, the cell phone has a compartment quad-room on the back, composed of a 48 MP Sony IMX586 sensor with f / 1.79 aperture, an 8 megapixel ultrawide lens with a 119-degree field of view and f / 2.25 aperture, a 2-megapixel f / 2.4 aperture lens and an ultra-wide lens 2 megapixel macro with 4 cm focal length and f / 2.4 aperture.
On the front side, Realme Q we find the sensor of the Sony IMX471 16 megapixel camera with f / 2.0 aperture; in addition, the phone's camera is equipped with features such as Chroma Boost, Nightscape Mode, PDAF, EIS, slow-motion 960 fps video recording and recording 4K video at 30 fps.
As for the software, the new Realme performs ColorOS 6 which is based on the Android 9 Pie operating system; features such as HyperBoost 2.0, SystemBoost, GameBoost and AppBoost are also available, which should ensure optimized performance.
The OPPO device – powered by a battery from 4,035 mAh which also includes support for the VOOC 3.0 20W fast charge technology – is available in two colors: Diamond Green and Drill Blue.
