Lu Weibing of Redmi warns Apple: too arrogant, enough for 5W chargers
By virtue of the predominant position built by Apple over the years, the US company seems to have rested on its laurels in some respects. While the main competitors are focusing on increasingly powerful solutions with regards to smartphone charging technology, Apple has continued to offer users devices equipped with fast charging, but accompanied by a paltry charger from 5V 1A in pack. And given the mind-boggling figure of the iPhone it seems more than ever an "arrogant" choice.
OnePlus TV check on Amazon India: the debut is just around the corner?
Lu Weibing, at the head of redmi, spoke on the issue of the 5W charger with a lapidary sentence: "If apple continues to be so arrogant, its market share will continue to decline". The manager did not go light, but we do not feel we see an aggressive criticism in these words; it seems obvious that Lu Weibing wanted to give "advice" to his US rival.
Meanwhile, at least according to the latest rumors, it seems that Cupertino may have decided to make amends with iPhone 11, finally introducing a quick charger supplied.
