Sometimes we have to make random decisions, whether a coin is thrown in the air, a dice, or saying a random number, and here our mobile or smart speaker Google Home can help us thanks to the Google Assistant.
It is no longer necessary to look for a coin or a dice, or ask a friend to tell us a random number, we can now ask the Google Assistant to do so to tell us what the result has been and thus make the corresponding decision.
Heads or tails
To play something face to face or cross we can ask the Google Assistant to throw a coin through one of these two voice commands:
- "Throw a coin"
- "Heads or tails"
If we are going to start a game in a board game and see that the dice have been lost, we can use the ones that our Google Assistant virtually has through these commands:
- "Throw a dice"
- "Throw three dice"
- "Throw an 8-sided die"
- "Throw two 20-sided dice"
As we can see, we can throw the number of dice we want and tell you how many faces the dice are. So we can roll three 20-sided dice, for example. Of course, if we roll more than five dice it will give us the result of the sum of all the dice.
A random number
Finally, if the result of throwing a coin or dice does not help us to decide our problem, we can ask you to tell us a random number, such as choosing the winner of a raffle or the number of a restaurant's plate . The commands are:
- "Say a random number"
- "Say number from one to 100"
Share This way you can ask the Google Assistant to throw a coin, dice or tell you a random number
