The HR departments are making progress in the implementation of technological tools to optimize processes

Technological innovation is a thing of the present and also one of the main driving forces behind the renewal of the world of work.
In this sense, the vast majority of professional sectors have incorporated technological tools with the aim of optimizing and streamlining processes.
HR departments develop many of their processes in the same way as they did decades ago, but little by little they are making progress in the implementation of technological tools to optimize processes. - Chatbot: These computer programs, which are increasingly being implemented in more companies, can hold conversations with one or more users at the same time, which reduces the time in calls, messages and emails between the candidate and the recruiter. In fact, a Juniper Research study indicates that, by 2023, 2.5 billion hours will be saved thanks to this technology, which means an annual cost saving of 11 billion euros.
- Video interview:This new format allows candidates to carry out the preselection interview from where and when they want. It also offers recruiters greater freedom, as the video interview allows them to watch the interview as many times as necessary.
- Machine Learning: Another of the technological tools that make the selection processes faster is machine learning. Optimizing candidate recruitment programs is not just a matter of speed, but also of quality. In this sense, machine learning allows recruiters to have access to those profiles that best fit each position by omitting specific search results and thus discarding the profiles before even pre-selecting.
