Maybe here it is not as popular as Final Fantasy or Dragon quest, but Saga It is one of the most popular franchises of the Japanese RPG. Another thing is that they have not had as much luck leaving Japan as others, but at least, soon we can enjoy one of their greatest classics.
Square enix has announced that the HD remastering of Romancing SaGa 3 will arrive in the west on the same day as in Japanese lands: November 11th. It will come out in digital format for PC, PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and surprisingly also for PS Vita.
The game first came out in 1995 to Super Famicom, or what is the same, the Japanese SNES. This will be the first time we can officially play it outside their home country.
As in the original, we can choose between eight different protagonists, each with their own stories (more than remarkable influence on Octopath Traveler). The remastering includes news beyond that somewhat more graphic section: there will be a new dungeon called Phatom Maze, new events in the plot, we will have the possibility to start a New Game + (via Gematsu).
We leave you with the trailer, which gives off an aroma to Old School JRPG which is difficult not to get drunk.
