Incredible as Cyberpunk 2077 looks like it is getting closer, and CD Projekt RED boys strive to keep the hype as high as possible based on revelations, interviews and trailers. This same month, on the 30th, we will have the retransmission of a gameplay of the expected title, in which we can see more of what will surely be the closing of gold of this generation.
The ribbon that Cyberpunk 2077 will have to overcome is none other than that of The Witcher 3, acclaimed as the RPG that defines this generation, until its older brother reveals whether or not to replace it. Today we can tell you that according to the producer of the game, Richard Borzymowski we will have a somewhat smaller map than that of The Witcher 3.
Cyberpunk 2077 will have a smaller, but denser map
The trick hidden by Borzymowski's words is that the mapping will be smaller yes, but will be much more populated than that of the Geralt de Rivia game.
If you look at the surface, in terms of square kilometers, the game is smaller yes, but the content is as if we concentrated that of The Witcher 3, and we took away all the forest in between.
It makes sense, in Cyberpunk 2077 we will play in an urban environment where there will obviously be less space to ride among enemies that appear fortuitously. In the next title of Cd Projekt we are promised a city to explore, full of stories to know, and characters to interact with. We will have to wait a few months yet to find out how much truth there is here, but in a few days we will have a small preview of the gameplay-based title. Less is nothing.
