In a press event held in San Fransisco, the Product Leader of Twitter, Kayvon Beykpour, talked about several novelties of the platform, and could not fail to touch the issue of the edit button. However, for those who expect it, the news is not positive.

"Honestly, it is a function that we believe we should develop at some point, but it is not even close to the top of our priorities, that is the honest answer." Beykpour mentioned.

The problem behind this function was always the same: What happens if a tweet is edited after receiving many retweets and a totally different message is placed than the one people shared? Jack Dorsey, co-founder of TwitterHe previously spoke about the dilemma behind the implementation, and gave several alternatives on how it could work in an interview that you can read by clicking here.

What do you think about the function of editing? Should it be included or not?
