The sixth beta of iOS 13 and iPadOS 13 is here

by Kelvin

On this day, Apple has launched a new version of the system for devices registered in the beta developer program. The new update, which means the sixth beta version of iOS 13 and iPadOS 13, brings with it a series of changes and novelties that, although they are becoming smaller, are bringing us closer to what will be the Golden Master version of iOS 13. In addition, along with it new beta versions have also been released of watchOS 6 and tvOS 13.

Thanks to MacRumors we have learned that the new version includes new features such as a new switch in the control center for the dark mode, which until now it was hidden in the context menu of the brightness selector. We can also find some aesthetic changes such as greater transparency of the folders, in order to be less noticeable in the interface of the start menu. On the other hand, certain warning messages about app permissions have also been adjusted.

Other changes include the ability to hide the 3D Touch previews of the links, along with the arrival of the context menu for text editing, which will allow us to copy, cut, paste, undo or redo with just touching with three fingers on the screen. This last novelty is not yet known if it is something intentional or if it was activated by mistake, although it would not be bad if it remained in the interface.

This update is part of the compilations that Apple sends to developers whose devices are registered in the beta software program. Users who are in the public program they will still have to wait to be able to enjoy these changes, although they do not usually take too long since the launch of the update for developers. In any case, it should be remembered that it is always advisable to use backup copies while we are in the beta program.
