The battle of the manufacturers of smartphones it gets rid of several flanks and one of them is that of charging technology. It is no longer enough to mount batteries that last all day, since they must now charge at lightning speed. Now it has been Xiaomi that has presented a new wireless charging technology that has been called Mi Charge Turbo and that will arrive with the next Xiaomi Mi 9 Pro 5G.
Xiaomi has detailed that the new 30W Mi Charge Turbo wireless charging, will allow you to charge a 4,000 mAh battery in just 69 minutes. 50% of the battery can be charged in just 25 minutes. This technology, in addition to wireless, will be inverse, so it will allow other Xiaomi ecosystem products to be downloaded, in addition to smartphones and accessories of other brands that support the Qi standard. It also becomes the world's first wireless charging that will allow charge a smartphone remotely, that is, connecting a USB to a power source that will send waves to our smartphone.
Ready for the Mi 9 Pro 5G
In this way the wireless charging begins to equate its performance to that of the fast wired charging that has improved so much in recent years. Xiaomi is expected to present the new Mi 9 Pro 5G by the end of the month, and be the first device to have this 30W wireless charging technology. The device is expected to arrive with a chip Snapdragon 855 Plus with the 5G SDX50M modem. The screen will remain in the size of 6.39 inches of his brothers, with FullHD + resolution. The processor will be accompanied by 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage, which will make the terminal the first of the firm to exceed 256 GB of internal memory.
The different previous leaks have revealed that the terminal will have a battery of 4,000 mAh and dimensions of 157.21 mm × 74.64 mm × 8.95 mm thick. For the moment no data of its possible price or availability have been leaked In the different markets. However, knowing that the integration of 5G processors is still expensive for the manufacturers and taking into account the technical specifications of the device, we can expect a price far from what Xiaomi has accustomed us. As for its availability and knowing that the Mi Mix 3 5G has landed in Spain, we could be optimistic and think that we will see it in our stores. We will leave doubts in a few weeks.
