This is the new Google Maps Timeline: now with lists of sites, cities and countries visited

Among all the news of Google Maps, which are arriving in a staggered way during this week, we see that the renewal of the section 'Your chronology' is one of them.

The section to consult our history of visited locations and sites is renewed with new sections, new lists that allows us now check the sites, cities and countries visited.

Your chronology

Chronology

When entering the section 'Your Chronology' we see now that we find new tabs: Day, Sites, Cities and Everyone. The main view is the tab Day, which is the view of the previous chronology.

In the 'Day' section we will see our travel and sites visited throughout the day. We can click on "Today" to change date to discover where we went on a certain day.

Visited Sites

In the new section 'Sites' We will discover the number of sites visited and we can explore them through the categories of Food and Drink, Shopping, Culture, Hotels, Places of Interest, Sports and Airports.

Cities visited

Visited Cities

In 'Cities visited' we will see in this section all the cities we have been to, also showing the visited sites, which we can filter by the previous categories.

Regions and countries visited

Countries visited

And finally, in the section 'Regions and countries visited We will see all the countries we have visited, showing the number of cities visited by each country. By clicking on a country we will see the list of cities with their respective lists of visited sites.
