Vampire: The Masquerade - Swansong Announced for Current and Next Generation

Vampire: The Masquerade – Swansong, studio Big Bad Wolf’s game was confirmed for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X during Nacom Connect. The single-player RPG was already announced in the fall of last year for 2021, but without much detail, and now receives a trailer with a bit of history.

The mystery-filled plot follows three different vampires, each a member of a clan of the Camarilla, an ancient organization that seeks to defend and maintain the bloodsucker race. Watch the trailer and check out the synopsis of the new game:

“Hazel Iversen the swan is the new prince of the Boston Camarilla. An iron hand in a velvet glove, she intends to assert her power and enforce the Masquerade, the vampiric law designed to ensure that humans never learn about their species. However, the best plans of mice and men are often shattered. As rumors of treachery, murder and power struggles peak, you must work in the shadows to protect your Sect in a frenzied investigation as the city of Boston descends into Chaos.”

Vampire: The Masquerade – Swansong is part of a project called World of Darkness, which has several titles set in the same universe, such as bloodlines 2 and Vampire: The Masquerade – Coteries of New York.

In addition to the new generation, the game will also arrive next year for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and Xbox One. On PC, the game will be available via the Epic Games Store.
