Xiaomi has released an updated version of the February Mi Wireless Power Bank battery with a capacity of 10,000 mAh. A novelty called Xiaomi Mi Wireless Power Bank Youth Edition received a polycarbonate case, instead of an aluminum one from its predecessor, which helped reduce its cost and size.
The gadget also has a 10 W wireless Qi charge and 18 W wired. The powerbank itself is charged via USB Type-C with an input power of 18 watts. It takes 4 hours to fully charge the Mi Wireless Power Bank Youth Edition.
The external battery has two connectors – USB Type-A and USB Type-C. Due to the use of a polycarbonate case, the thickness of the Youth Edition is reduced by 1.8 mm (now 16.6 mm), and the weight – by 75 grams.
Powerbank is certified according to the MFi standard (Made For iPhone / iPod / iPad), which allows charging iOS devices.
Sales of the external battery will begin on September 12 at a price of $ 18 – this is $ 4 cheaper than the basic version of Mi Wireless Power Bank.
